Dr. James D. Namnoum | Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon
Our faces are often the first physical attribute noticed by those around us. The face also happens to be one of the first areas of the body that starts to show signs of aging, like wrinkles and loose skin. There are a variety of reasons that contribute to this, like sun damage or exposure and the normal aging process. In order to help restore a youthful and toned glow, Dr. James Namnoum and his team offer a variety of surgical and non-surgical facial procedures for both men and women. Surgical options include eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), face lift & facial fat grafting, and deep plane laser resurfacing while non-surgical options include cosmetic injectables, facial fillers, chemical peels, and lower energy skin rejuvenation with energy-based devices (BBL and fractionated laser skin resurfacing).
Surgical Facial Procedures
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Namnoum, has been performing cosmetic plastic surgery procedures for many years, giving him an artistic and experienced touch. Surgical facial procedures are designed to help patients achieve a youthful and rested appearance.
Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Upper and lower eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, can help to reverse baggy or drooping skin around the brows, eyelids, and cheeks that can often make you look older and more tired than you actually are. By targeting excess skin and fat in these areas with skillfully honed-techniques, Dr. Namnoum can help to create a more lifted and smooth look. Patients with drooping skin or puffiness around the upper and lower eyelids may seek out this surgical procedure to not only achieve a cosmetically beautiful look, but also to alleviate interference with their vision. This option allows for minimal downtime and has helped countless patients look as good as they feel. Fat is often grafted to restore volume over the cheek bone and below the eyelid for a restored, rested appearance.

Facelift & Facial Fat Grafting
Over the years, our skin starts to show signs of moments when we’ve laughed, cried and experienced some of the most memorable times of our lives. With the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with this, we often see signs of aging, like wrinkles, fine lines, and creases that can lead to drooping skin and deep folds in our faces. Surgical facial procedures like the facelift and facial fat grafting can help to target some of the more obvious aging signs that patients may wish to reverse. Facelift surgery focuses on tightening loose skin and deep tissues within the face and neck, while fat grafting uses small amounts of fat from the abdomen or thighs to fill out the facial tissue. By combining these two procedures into one, Dr. Namnoum can repair and tighten the underlying tissue and muscles within the face and neck.

Deep Plane Laser Resurfacing
Aging of the skin from environmental hazards such as sunlight along with underlying changes in cellular DNA lead to a loss of elasticity, collagen, and skin qualities associated with youthfulness. These changes manifest themself as irregularities in texture, pigmentation and tone. Deep plane resurfacing with lasers provides a powerful and important tool to address and reverse many of the aging changes of the skin. Deep plane laser resurfacing is generally combined with facelift and fat grafting to optimize facial rejuvenation. This treatment is used as a standalone procedure and may be coupled with fat grafting for qualified patients.

Non-Surgical Facial Procedures
Non-surgical procedures such as cosmetic injectables or chemical peels are beneficial for patients who have minimal to moderate wrinkling, as there is very little to no downtime.
Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation & Laser Skin Resurfacing
Dr. Namnoum and his experienced staff offer patients non-surgical facial rejuvenation and laser skin resurfacing options like cosmetic injectables (BOTOX®), facial fillers, chemical peels, and Sciton® BroadBand Light™ and Erbium Laser treatments. These options are designed to target wrinkles, frown lines, crow’s feet and loss of skin elasticity, with little to no downtime and minimal recovery.
Cosmetic injectables, like FDA-approved BOTOX®, offer almost immediate results for both men and women, performed within a series of sessions. Facial fillers include: Juvéderm®, Restylane® & Perlane® and are all minimally invasive. Chemical peels are often used to remove the first layer of skin on the face to bring the healthy skin cells to the surface. Laser resurfacing and Sciton® BroadBand Light™ and Erbium Laser treatments target normal signs of aging, in addition to sun-damaged skin.
